It's still winter, but here's a fruit-and-flower vendor who is sitting outside soaking up some rays: sleeves rolled up, eyelids rolled down, brain pouring over a map of the Azores high pressure system that seems to have moved a bit farther than usual to the west this time of year. [2012]
