The place is Washington, D.C. The play (hardly a comedy) is called "A Mid-Autumn's Nightmare." From his perch on Capitol Hill, Puck epitomizes the plot perfectly: "Lord, what fooles these mortals be!" Just one question: What is Puck looking at right across the street?
