Geothermal vents give rise to fumaroles on the Pacific 'Ring of Fire' here in Taiwan's Yangmingshan National Park. Steam and hot gases rising from the gaping hole known as Siaoyoukeng seem to blend with the clouds "creating the illusion of a dragon crouching in the sky." [2012]
