These are the faces of Kurdistan, a country that does not exist. Yet, in Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Turkey, there are 25 million Kurds. To their north: 9 million Azeris, 3 million Armenians, and 5 million Turkmen have independent states of their own. But, the Kurds are told statehood is not for them. How would you feel?
