Doolish's old harbor is hemmed in by hillsides. What used to the main commercial port for the island is now a pleasureboat haven. The yellow shrubs on the upper slopes seem not to to like the coast, but once elevation increases just a bit, they take over. Doolish is Manx for Douglas. [2011]
