There seems to be a new word circulating on the streets of London: constructor. Someone who works in construction is a constructor. Companies all over town are registering with the Considerate Constructors Scheme which encourages workers to attune themselves to the neighborhood and the environment. The constructor here is a perfect example. [2015]
