Foodies of the world:  Come down from your haute cuisine and start eating what the people eat. Where will you find it? Food trucks, street vendors, and culinary kiosks. And, it will be made before your very eyes (i.e., 'the Asian way') not in a back room closed off from public inspection (i.e., 'the American way'). [2012]
