As another academic year begins, kids in America will board their buses every day for the ride to school. Few rides, however, will be as adventurous as the ones in India, where freshly-scrubbed boys bump along not-so-freshly scrubbed streets in jam-packed jitneys. Mothers: Hold your tongues.
